Care Groups (Vineyards):

Christian Apostolic Church's membership is arranged into Vineyards (or Care Groups) consisting of between 8 to 16 families per group. Leaders within each Vineyard organize and oversee that group's efforts to assist any family in that group that encounters distress or need. Each group is organized under two co-leaders. Special care is given if sickness occurs, during hospitalization, and whenever a newborn is delivered, etc.
